A complete SMD–PTH electronic production line ensures efficiency, precision, and quality at every stage of the assembly of electronic boards. The process integrates high-speed SMD (Surface Mount Device) mounting with PTH (Pin Through Hole) assembly for traditional components, allowing for the management of complex projects and both small and large-scale production runs.

To complete the line, a SPEA machine dedicated to testing is present, enabling highly reliable functional and in-circuit tests. This automated verification system ensures total control of the produced boards, identifying any defects and guaranteeing high quality standards before delivery to the customer.

For power boards, a complete full-load test is also performed, simulating real operating conditions. This test allows for the verification of product stability, performance, and reliability, minimizing the risk of anomalies or malfunctions once
installed in the field.
